Apartment of Jennifer Walter
Jen smiled at Laura, she was drinking vodka and orange juice while Jen sipped on sprite zero.
“So how is it at the house of the X-babies?” Jen asked
“Oh god,” Laura chugged the vodka, “all of those damn babies and diapers!”
“It’s not that bad,” Jean said as she walked in, “But it is interesting to think I am changing the diapers of my great granddaughter.”
“So Beast and Hope are going strong?” Jen asked.
“She is pregnant again,” Laura put the glass back down.
“How do you like it back in the land of the living?” Jen asked, “Being 18 again must be tough.”
“Shit,” Jean pointed out the window, “it that a force field?”
Jen went to the living room and flipped on the TV.
“It’s Doom again!” Jen called back to her weekend guests, “Looks like we will need to smash!”
Laura went to the guest room to put on pants and boots. Jean looked out and saw the blue cloud start to appear at the windows.
“Ah, he’s trying to gas us!”

Lab of Mr Fantastic
“Maybe he’s bored,” Reed covered his mouth to halt a sneeze and didn’t see his skin change color under the light blue rubber gloves, “Oh my, this is quite fascinating, it almost looks familiar.”
“Familiar?” Sue asked as she sat her butt on a counter and turned her back to her husband to watch the monitor displaying what the microscope showed.
“Yes,” Reed got up and looked in his in box of reports.
He took the gloves off and looked at his hand. He instantly looked up the email.
“Which one does it look like?” Sue asked staring at the monitor.
“Doctor McCoy’s article on Kitten Pox? He sent you a copy for peer review.
Sue was completely oblivious as she sneezed again and her ears grew fur. Reed looked at his wife and then in a mirror.
“Sounds somewhat familiar,” Sue furrowed her brow trying to remember, “Isn’t that the article about the strain of flu picking up elements of mutations and transferring it? I remember saying that it wasn’t a good idea to write about it in public domain.”
“It seems we are dealing with an entirely airborne strain,” Reed said.
“So does is that supposed to mean?” Sue asked.
Reed grabbed a mirror and reached out putting a mirror in front of her.
“Shit!” Sue freaked at the sight of her blue furry feline features!
