Indeed the multiverse is made almost entirely of worlds where there is only one key difference between that universe and the one we're familiar with. Whether this difference is the individual's alignment (good or evil), gender or gender identity (male, female, trans-male or trans-female) or sexual orientation (homo, hetero, bi or pan) and with these small changes the entire universe around them is effected.
