The results had turned her hair from brunette to plantinum blonde, certain parts of her body which were normally red like lips and nails were bright blue... oh, she was also a human heat sink. Like a heat vampire, she drain warmth from things including living things which made it impossible to touch anyone.

Gaining a nickname of Killer Frost due to an accident when travelling back to the States, killing a criminal trying to hurt a family, she was willing to make any deal to beable to touch again. Which was how she had made a deal with someone she didn't know. She would be cured of her problems, while keeping her powers. In exchange, she would have to distract a superhero when her new boss asked. Becoming the heroes lover if needed.
'I guess I really hit rock bottom when I agreed with that. Not that it's all bad.' thought Caitlin as she remembered the results when she petted the test dog, one which had not froze soild.
'He cured and even enhanced my powers to not only act as a heat sink but create cold. He couldn't cure the physical changes, but his tech has cloaked it. Even helped me get my job back with STAR labs in Central City. Now it's time to seduce the Flash... or Barry Allen. A cute CSI scientist, the smart and attractive man I would normally go after. A bonus.' She thought as the criminals which had been hired to mugger her in the right time and place to aid in her seduction.
A streak of red and all of the criminals were caught, wrapped in ropes of some kind. The Flash stopped in front of her and asked, "Now that's over, is there anything I can do for you ma'am."
The honest, nice and polite man was hoping to help her, not knowing what was going to hit him as she 'moved' her glasses into place. But these were not any kind of normal glasses, as they hit in them... Mood Lighting.
Mood Lighting, from what her boss had told her, had been developed after studying elements of the Criminal known as ROY G. Biv or Rainbow Raider. Rainbow Raider, a Flash foe, had the power to use the Emotional spectrum to alter a person's emotions depending on the light her used. Red was Rage, Yellow Fear, Green Will, Blue Hope, and Indigo Compassion. However, the glasses were emitting the lights of Orange Avarice and Violet Love. Orange to creature a want, a desire. Added to Violet which was love and lust with some hypnotic suggestion would start to develop a strong attraction for Caitlin in the Flash's mind.
Usually Raider's powers usually was temporary , lasting only a few hours. However, the times he had used it on Metahumans like the Flash, not only didn't it seem to have a time limit but it had gotten stronger over time. So as the glasses played their light just beyond The Flash's perception, the effect began to show as he smilled at her with warmth. And Caitlin was always atrracted to warmth.
