Hill, looked at the catwomen and thought about their new lives as Tigra's 'sisters'. Elsie was about to become Mrs. Coleson, Agent Phil Coleson's wife. And Harley Quinn was about to be Bruce Wayne's live in Head Doctor and girl friend.
"Get started with our first batch of canidates?" Zatana asked.
"Cheetah and Sathan are going to be sisters and the under studies for Greer Grant," Hill said, "Coleson agreed to take in Carson."
"How do you get Bruce Wayne to agree to this?" Zatanna asked.
