Carol and Sue decided to go to the fourth floor while Peter and Emma walked up to the fifth.
While exploring the fourth floor Carol turned to Susan with a curious look on her face.
"From the way you blushed Sue, it's no wonder why Emma decided to go with Peter." Carol began. "You tempted to become the Spider Mistress?"
"To be honest, yes." Susan confessed. "Reed is very much the best scientist on the planet but as a husband he's one of the worst. He's not having affairs but I can't tell you how many times I fell asleep in bed alone while he does an all-nighter in the lab. It's not very comforting to know a lab and the experiments in that lab are more important to him than me."
"Damn." Carol sympathized. It's one thing to have your husband/boyfriend cheat on you with another woman was one thing but a lab and experiments taking first place in a man's life was worse. At times Carol could feel from Sue's sad look on her face that the female member of the Fantastic Four had never married the man in the first place. 'Too bad I'm not powerful enough or have the power to rewrite reality to grant Sue's wish.'
The two blonde women look around and spot a door and decide to see what's inside of it.
