Slezman had an array of magical artefacts, all of which had different effects, and the trick would be finding the perfect item for each of those he wanted to turn from the path of goodness.

As he was wondering who should become the first victim of the Pornomancer, his attention was taken by a news report that appeared on the large screen in his apartment. There was Susan Storm-Richards, the Invisible Woman, at some sort of gala charity event. He watched the practiced way she posed for the flashing cameras, her beautiful smile so practiced and relaxed  in front of the camera lens.

He remembered that she’d done some modelling in her youth, and it was clear she enjoyed having cameras aimed at her. Her pride in her beauty was evident. Perfect!

Such pride could easily be prodded towards vanity. Being comfortable in front of the camera was only a short jump towards full-blown exhibitionism. She liked to be seen. And she would be! How deliciously ironic it would for the Invisible Woman to become obsessed with being watched…

Moving to a pedestal nearby, he picked up a small mirror. The frame was gold, carved into elaborate designs that clearly showed its ancient origins. The reflective surface was not glass, but polished obsidian. Holding it in both hands before him, he muttered an incantation and pictured the lovely form of Susan Storm-Richards, the Invisible Woman.

The beautiful blonde MILF’s image swam into view in the inky black obsidian surface. At first she looked her usual respectable self, but as the Pornomancer began to activate the powerful sorcery inherent in the artefact, it began to change…

On her way back to the Baxter Building, Sue’s phone chirped at her and she fished it out of her handbag. She expected to hear from Reed, who had suggested they meet in town for dinner after the event. But it was an unrecognized number. She tapped the screen and began to read the text.

‘Dear Mrs Richards. I have an exciting business proposal that you will find impossible to resist. I apologize for being so mysterious, but mystery can be fun, don’t you think? Please text back to learn more.’

Some kind of scam, no doubt, but for some reason it caused a tingle of excitement in her belly as she read it. She was about to delete the text, but as if in a dream, found herself hitting ‘REPLY’ instead…
