The Hellfire Club was sold out again and this time even some of the VIP Guests could not get inside. This evening Manuel hadn’t planned anything special, he just had an eye on Lois and Jimmy. Both of them had entered the Club 2 hours ago and none of them had showed any strange behaviour. Also he was still alive and Superman hadn’t destroyed his Club or arrested him so he had a good feeling about it. He was sure that the Emitters had worked just as planned. This meant he could make even more of his Movies now. He looked over the Monitors to search for some new Actors for his next little Movie. Suddenly his Door opened and a Bald Man stood inside the Door. His Secretary tried to explain him that he hadn’t permission to enter this Area but one Look showed Manuel that this Man made his own Rules.

“Sir… I think it is time that we talk a bit!” Lex Luthor said in his friendly Kind. Then he threw a couple of Thousand Dollar Notes on the Desk. “This is for the broken Nose of your Security Guard. I think it will be enough. I don’t like Men who tell me that I cannot go where I want. Understood?” 

Manuel stared at the Money on his Desk. His Security Guards were the best there were. Former Navy Seals or Ranger. Each of them was a terrible Foe but this Business Men had defeated 3 of them as his Monitor said. He was dangerous. He walked around his Desk and collected the Money while he walked towards to Lex Luthor. “I am terrible Sorry Mr. Luthor. I fear that I have to inform my Men better who can enter this Club and who not.”

With these Words he returned the Money to Lex who nodded and took it. “So this is just a Misunderstanding?” he asked and looked around only for a Second. But his Mind has absorbed every detail of this room. 

“I think this won´t happen again Mr. Luthor. You are always welcome in the Hellfire Club.” Manuel said as Luthor left the Room. Both Men knew that the other had a Secret and both of them wanted to know which one it was. 

Lex left the Room and looked to his most Loyal Follower. A young athletic Woman in a strict business Suit looked at him. Her name was Mercedes “Mercy” Graves and she was the only one Lex trusted. She had worked for him long enough to know that he had something in his Mind. As she followed her Boss he said.

“I know. But I know that something is going on here. And you will find it, won´t you Mercy?” He said and instinctively Mercy stood at attention.

“Yes Sir. I will check on the Club personally this time.” She said and looked around. She had never met a Men with a greater Mind or Instinct as Lex Luthor. The whole World saw in him the great Men and a Benefactor for the City and the World. But she knew the Reality. He was a crazy Men. He had made a fortune with shady dealings. He had abused his Money and Power to great an Empire of the Shadows. Almost every serious Crime was committed in his Name. Nobody, not even the Criminals, who worked for him know for whom they worked. With the Appearance of Superman he had found his first true Enemy. Only the Men of Steel was suspecting something but even he hadn’t any prove that Lex Luthor was the Dangerous Men alive. And if Lex Luthor felt something strange about this Club SHE would find it. 

She looked around and found that there was no direct threat for Lex she moved on her own a bit around the Building. She was a trained Martial Arts Expert und an even Greater Spy. It was easy for her to sneak into the VIP section. This Area was closed this Night and she was sure that she would find something that could prove Lex Intuition only here. Moving from Shadow to Shadow she avoided the Camera´s but hadn’t found anything until now. But years of Training had given her a Sixth Sense for Action like this. She looked around and saw the Cameras Moving from Side to Side. There were many Cameras but not so many that it would be strange. Then she saw another Woman waiting for her in a blind Spot of the Camera. She was a Stunning Woman with deep Red Hair and a Body others would kill for. Dressed in a Black Suit with 2 Bracelets. Her full Lips formed a sarcastic Smile. 

“Mercedes. What makes the personally Bodyguard of Lex Luthor sneaking around in the Shadows like this?” the Woman said with a deep Voice and her self-confidence was impressive. It was a rare Thing that Mercy hadn’t any Clue who was in front of her. She was no known Member of the JLA or another Superhero Group that she knew of. But she didn’t look like a Villain either. Then she saw the Eagle on her Belt. It was the Sign of S.H.I.E.L.D. 

“I just do my Work. Making sure that Mr. Luthor is safe. And you? What is Shield doing here?” she said and tried to sound impressive but this could be a tough fight even if this Woman was only a normal Human. Lex had paid Billions to get Inside Info´s of Shield but he hadn’t got anything useful. Only that Shield was a top Secret Organisation that was led by someone everyone just called “The one eyed Spy” and that they worked on a global Scale. But she had seen the Logo of the SHIELD agency and so it was clear that this Woman was a Part of it. 

Inside his Office Manuel looked on the Screen of the VIP Section. Both Woman had showed impressive Skills avoiding his normal Cameras but had failed to avoid his hidden Security Cameras and Motion Detectors. He knew one of the Woman. She was the Bodyguard of Lex Luthor. After what he had seen of Lex Luthor he feared that this Woman was even more dangerous in a Combat than he was. The other Woman was the Woman he had seen often in the Club. She had been visiting the Club on the Grand Opening together with Maria Hill. After all he knew she was the Second Hand of SHIELD but that was all he knew. But seeing the two Woman talking there made him nervous. What if Shield was after him? Had Lois talked? Did she or Jimmy remember anything? What if they had a Cleaner Team already in place? He was near a Panic attack as his Door opened and Cat moved inside. 

The entry of his greatest Success helped him calm down. IF Shield would suspect something he wouldn’t sit here and would run his Club. No… The Reason for the Bodyguard was clear. She wanted to make sure that Lex was safe here. Maybe he had send her to gather some information. But the Redhead was an unknown Player. But one of the hottest Woman he had ever seen. 

“Cat. Could you be so kind and help me to relax a bit?” he asked her and saw how Cat´s eyes went blank. 

“Sure. I will relax you.” She said and crawled under his table. While she opened his Pant he tried to figure out what he would do with the Woman.
