While Peter was in the shower Diana, Jean, Karen, and Jessica turned to talk to Lois. The women there could tell that after Lois had the six hours session of bedtime fun she was different. It was like all the stress and worry had been lifted from her shoulders. There was glow of not only enjoying a passionate romp with her husband but a glow of contentment and peace that Lois had never before had in her life. And then there was her hand on gently rubbing her stomach in a manner that told everyone why she was doing it.
"Lois, are you all right?" Karen asked.
"Yes, I am, Karen." Lois smiled gently. Her new family deserved to know what she had seen. She had seen her husband's life and he had seen hers. They had seen each other's hopes, dreams, fears, feelings, happy moments, their tragedies, everything. "When I was with Peter we were connected. I saw his life and he saw mine. In the time we were making love we saw each other in a way very few ever do."
"We will experience that won't we?" Jean asked.
"I hope you do." Lois softly said with a smile that lit up her face showing a woman in love with her new husband and life.
All the women there could see the changes in Lois and they were scared. If such a career driven and independent woman like Lois could be changed into what she is now it frightened them and yet it made them aroused at what could happen to them in the future.
