As Lois sat in her cab headed to the LexCorp lab on the edge of town. She attempted to decipher the very vague briefing that perry had given her about the new technology that they were giving a demonstration of.
Perry had said something about alternate things and some kind of atoms. Perry never quite understood the science they did over at LexCorp and that always made it doubly hard to understand anything when he sent her to report on something.
She always liked to be prepared and this frustrated her, she was frantically searching online for any info on what they were working on at the moment. It was like an information lockdown, there was nothing from the past 6 months at all. That at least made Lois feel a little relieved, she had an exclusive on some tech that literally no one knew about, this would be big for her career. She knew it!
The cab pulled up outside the labs and Lois got out and made her way through to the reception area. The reception is looked up from filing her bright pink inch long nails.
"Miss Lane?" She asked in a chirpy high pitched voice, Lois nodded "We have been expecting you, if you take a seat and like, Mr Luthor will be down in a sec to give you the tour" Lois sat down as the receptionist went back to filing her nails.
"Ah Lois! How long has it been?" Lex greeted her warmly "Too long, I'm certain of that." He said, answering his own question. Lois just smiled politely as lex continued to talk at her. "So to business! I'm glad the planet send you my dear, who better to reveal to the world our new groundbreaking technology. If you would like to follow me, then I can show you what we have been working on. If you are lucky we may even be able to arrange for you to test it out." Lois followed him into the elevator wondering what they could be working on.
