"We have an invitation to the trial opening of a High end Salon uptown" Perry sighed "We need someone to go and check it out, We have a gift certificate for an all expenses paid day visit. We need you to try out everything they do and write up a review."

Lois sat there not believing what she was hearing "So what you are saying Perry, is that you want your best journalist out of the field to get made over like some barbie doll." 

"Lane you know it isn't like that!" Perry tried "You can chose what they do, you have the choice. I just need someone to do the review, we get so many hits on the gossip section for this type of article. Cat is off on personal leave and no one would take Kent seriously. We are thin on the ground as it is at the minute and you are the only woman I have!"

Perry looked exasperated so Lois decided to give him a break. "Fine! Give me the gift certificate, I will do it. My hair needs a trim anyway I suppose."

Perry handed over the certificate, and Lois left the office still looking disgruntled but resigned to having to write the article. She looked down at the gift certificate "New U Salon" it read. "I suppose this can't be too bad" Lois thought to herself.
