Remy entered the restaurant and looked around for Emma Frost. He had only been mildly surprised when she asked him to go to dinner with her, as she had shown a rather surprising amount of interest in him lately and she was much more complimentary (and flirty) towards him then usual.
He quickly spotted her and joined her at a table near the back. The pair ordered their respective dinners and then Emma explained why she asked him on this date. "Remy, I'm not going to lie to you about this." Emma began, looking dead straight into his eyes. "I mentally convinced Scott to send Rogue on a wild goose chase, so we could have this little meal." She said, really surprising Gambit who had actually thought she had changed her ways. "I have a proposition that could greatly benefit both of us." She began with a wicked smile on her face.
