Cal marched into Karen Starr's office like he owned the place he saw the beuatiful blonde CEO sitting behind her desk reading over some documents an ample display of cleavage on show. She looked up at him.
"Excuse me who are you and why are you in here I said I was not to be disturbed." Karen Starr proclaimed as her hand moved for the phone.Cal reached out and tapped her hand to stop her.
"I'm Cal Corker and we had an appointemnt."Karen looked confused for a moment
, "Sorry I completly forgot."
Cal looked at her, a hugely successful feminist icon exactly what he hated, in his mind a slut like her was built for only one thing and he was already picturing her on her hands and knees her huge tits danglling below her, but insted of his usual practices of instant transformation through rewriting the past completly he was going to try something new making subtle past changes to impact the present, he wanted Karen Starr's fall from grace to be a very public one but for this to work he had to make one of his biggest changes to reality to date making sure the past was re-written to accept the outcome of his plans for Karen Starr.
"Let me get straight to the point," Cal said sitting down, "this comapny of yours is a mess."
"Things aren't that bad, everyone is struggling a bit these days." Karen replied trying to sound confident as she shuffled uncomfortably in her chair.
"Yes you may be doing a good job of keeping things quiet but I know how bad things are for you really and I know what the problem is." Cal said.
"And what's that?" the blonde CEO asked starting to get defensive.
"Total lack of proper leadership. What kind of examples are you setting, your receptionist out there was failing in her service duties being late for blow job duties and their doesn't appear to be any kind of system of dicipline in place."
Initally Karen seemed shocked and disgusted by this decleration but after a hard push that knocked the wind out of him Cal made this seem like a normal practice.
"I'm sure she didn't intend to be late."
"See there you go making excuses and not showing proper leadership and that's not the only thing my research has turned up, so many bad investments, contracts being breached, deadlines not being met it's little wonder that people have lost so much confidence in you now it's time to be honest your company is practicallfy worthless and I'll bet if I were to do some real digging I'd find some rather questionable financial transactions your desperatlly attempting to cover things." Cal said, "Luckly for you I am willing to step in and help out."
For a moment Karen looked intreged she knew in the back of her mind she was in trouble, conifence in her, her company was down, she was making one bad investment after another and if something couldn't be done a lot of people were going to be unemployed and she couldn't handle the guilt of that."You want to invest?" she asked.
"I think we both know that will only prolong the inevatable, no the only option is for you to turn Starrware over to me."
"I can't do that, this is my company and......"
"And you're running it into the ground, it's time to accept the reality of the situation and stand aside to let someone more qualified do the job you can't and face the music for your failures." Cal leaned in closer to the blonde CEO staring into her deep cleavage, "Think about it, but don't take to long I want you to call a press conference today."
"A press conference?" replied Karen
"Yes I don't want to waste anytime making it public that I'm taking over Starrware if of course you accept my offer otherwise I will be holding my own conference announcing my failed takeover and highlighting the dire state Starrware is in."
Karen looked nervously at Cal pondering her options.
"Yes you will hold a conference announcing your companies failing under your leadership, you will make sure that the public knows and understands the extend of your failures and why you have taken the action you're about to take." Cal grinned menacingly, "you will anounce you are turning over control of the comany to someone else but that you will be staying on to repay everything you've lost in a deminished capacity of course a highly deminished capacity."
"What do you mean a deminished capacity I'm Starrware's CEO you already want me to turn control of my comany over to you for nothing now you want me to work for you as well."
"Yes it will be a condition of the takeover, I've had my people take the liberty of drawing up a new contract for you it is as I'm sure you'd apprecate given you current circumstances Non-negotiable."
Cal produced the papers from his suit pocket and slid them accross the table. Karen Starr picked them up and unfolded them her eyes glancing at them and widening in horror.
"As a purly symbolic gesture I want them signed at the press conference so the people can see the transition of power to a true leader." Cal smiled begining to push the idea that the contents of the contract were normal for a women in this prediciment
Karen's mind raced as she read through the document, "With immediant affect Karen Starr shall assume the role of Company Bitch and all the duties and responsabilitys there-in assinged to this role.
1. Karen Starr must relinquish all personal rights to the comapny CEO until such time as all her debts and losses are covered (including sufficent interest).
2. Karen Starr must submit to the will of all company employees without fail or question reguardless of personal feelings. In instances where two employees have standing orders priorty will fall to the most senior.
3. Karen Starr must adhear to a strict dress code inside and outside of work dictated by the company
4. Karen Starr must remain on all fours at all time from the moment she enters company property to the moment she leaves. This serves as a mark of respect to all superiors and as a remind of position. Allowances may be made under supervision to operate on knees or back should staff require this but will not be encouraged.
5. Karen Starr must submit herself daily for punishment for her past failures, this punishment will decided on a weekly basis by a company wide vote every Monday morning.
6. Karen Starr must commit to having breast implants as soon as possible, these must be unquestionablly fake and reach no higher than two inches from the ground while on all fours. Provisons will be made by the ompany to pay for these to ensure earliest possible installation with a repayment plan set up.
7. Karen Starr must be collared at all times."
Cal stopped her at that point, "Yes I want to make a show of that one. When you announce me as the savior of your company at the confrence you will show the public your faith and respect for me by kneeling, putting the collar on an handing me the leash attached and assuming your new position on all fours. Karen Starr couldn't belive this was happening what could she do?
