The next day Batman met with Commissioner Willows at an unused police office building. The interior was grey and foreboding in a medical fashion. Willows produced a key from his pocket and unlocked an office suite.
A strange figure in a labcoat with bright orange hair and large tortoiseshell glasses was waiting behind a desk, he stood as they entered the room. For some reason, Batman didn't like the sight of him, he looked not only unprofessional but a little disturbed
"You recall, I told you about Dr. Erstang, he's here in person to oversee the process." Batman shook the man's hand.
"Batman! A real pleasure to meet you at last." The man said with an odd lisp.
"He's a bit eccentric, but the best man in his field." Commisioner Willows whispered to Batman.
Soon Batman was led into an adjoining suite with a large grey box within it.
"Please enter the box, Batman, once you are inside remove your costume and place it on the metal tray, we will return it to you when the assignment is complete."
As he entered the metal box, Batman started to have some second thoughts, Dr. Erstang seemed a strange character and what did he really know about Willows? But he was used to these kind of thoughts, as someone who took a lot of risks habitually. He placed
