Ami, Raye, Lita, and Mina talk about investigate a strange island amusement park called Pleasure Island that appeared off of japan. Ami tells how girls were rape on the island,but when they return to japan, i t was like the never rape ( what happen on pleasure island, stays on pleasure island). Lita tells how she heard the boys and girls have disappeared on the island.  Raye says she will check her mystic books to see if she can find any thing about Pleasure island. Ami calls Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto to tell them of their investigation and the need for their help.

Soon the scouts, arrive at Pleasure island. They can fell some kind of evil magic on the island.
