The nuclear bomb hit right above the hive, and the heat killed most of the symbiotes. Felicia's symbiote was vaporized, and she was hit by a shrapnel, pinning her on the floor. Peter, half-covered by the Venom symbiote, rushed towards her and pressed at her wound, and she was dying. He rushed to MJ, and he asked her to give her the symbiotic suit, hoping to heal her. MJ, looking at Felicia's pale face, her conscience returned. She let the symbiote leave her, and it bonded to Felicia, making her She-Venom. But since the blast made by the nuclear bomb was tremendous to symbiotes, all the symbiotes were brain dead, only able to enhance their hosts, but not turning them evil. 

There were only two symbiotes left, on both Peter's and Felicia's bodies. They swung themselves to somewhere no one could see them, and they lived happily.

SHIELD officials looked into the incident, but they could not find any residue of the symbiote, and they assumed the symbiotes were all eliminated, and Peter, Felicia, MJ were all assumed to be killed. All other people controlled by the symbiotes were free, and they were safe from evil. 

SHIELD considered this incident as extremely lucky, since the incident almost led to world domination, but in this case nothing happened, and there were no casualties from humans. 

The restoration work of the town finished in 2023. And the people lived there happily, with SHIELD agents and superheroes keeping the city safe from threats.
