Sigrid Nansen, the superheroine known as Icemaiden, was relaxing in her apartment, reading through some magazine, when suddenly she realized she was not alone.
There were three women there, two in sashes that declared them as "Miss California" and "Miss Texas."
"Who are you?" Tora asked.
"Oh, I'm putting together a little ol' pageant," Beauty Queen said, "and I don't want to neglect our fine country's largest state. You'd be perfect as Miss Alaska."
"Alaska? I'm from Norway."
"Not for long!"
