Karen did her hair and make up. She wore a revealing evening gown for her dinner date with her cousin Kal. She also had a hidden communicator with huntress inside a lead lined saphire earring. Huntress could hear everything she was said or was said. She looked herself over in her full length mirror. Almost any man on the planet would stop and stare at her full figured assets and she knew she looked damn good. She sent a message to batman advising him of her intentions to get to the bottom of this mystery. He had warned her stay on her toes. Batman knew that whatever power this Bubba had also extended to power over women. With her hair and make up done and her dress making her look like a goddess she flew off to the meeting with Kal-El. She thought about every clue she could from the video from the odd Bubba entertainment stamp to the glazed over look in her cousins eye. She arrived at the resturant and noticed that it was packed with celebrities. Karen Star was not unacustomed to life among the rich and wealthy. She observed her cousin sitting at a table by himself in a stylish black suit and blazing blue and white striped tie. She did not remember him ever wearing such nice clothes. She put it out of her mind chalking it up to the dress code and swanky location. She joined him at the table. He stood up and greeted her warmly and embraced her in a quick hug. Her cousin sat down and she sat opposite of him. He smiled like the farmboy she had grown up with. She began the conversation with why he was there. He answered that he was sent there by his new mistress Bubba because she wanted to break the strongest heroes in the world first. She had asked him who the strongest members of the JLA were. He had answered that besides himself the most powerful were his cousins supergirl and powergirl especially since she already owned Wonder Woman. He went on to say that she had plans for Bruce Wayne and Lex Luther but she was waiting to see whose business was more lucrative for her lifestyle. Karen asked her cousin how she was controlling him. He stated flatly that she wasn't controlling him that he served her willingly because she was his master. The waiter came over and took their order. Kal-El continued to tell her about all of the great things Bubba has in store for her. On the other end of the ear piece huntress recorded everything. She patched Batman in to the recording as well. Huntress had a very bad feeling about this meeting.
Kal-El finished his dinner. He then began to stare at Karen with what could only be described as a lecherous look on his face. She knew he was staring at her chest in the low cut evening dress. He then stated that she was a flat child compared to his mistress Bubba. Karen grew flush with anger at the comment. He stood up and said he had to go and that she was waiting for him. He stated she would be getting another video soon and after that she would be joining them in making them. As he left the resturant everyone in the resturant stood and left at the same time like automotons. Karen was left with thoughts of fear as she realized Bubba controlled them all.
