“Has our patient come too yet?” a seemingly familiar
voice called from the door way.
Steve looked towards the door and gasped. Even as she looked down at a shield branded
computer plate, Steve recognized the blue eyed, black haired woman. The fact that she was wearing the shiny
yellow catsuit only cemented it.
“Rappaccini?” Steve barked accusingly.
“I see you are awake Captain Rogers,” the woman said, “I
will start lowering the O2 levels in the room.
We elevated them while you were brought out of statis Captain
Rogers. Just try to relax.”
“What is going on here?” Steve asked.
“It’s ok,” Jan said soothingly, “She is an ass, but she things
have changed since the plague.”
“Yes,” the former master villainess intoned, “With the
depletion of personnel, it was obvious that there were not enough guards to
maintain all of the maximum security prisons, and since combining all of the prisoners
was too dangerous… offers and deals were made.”
“What kind of deals and offers?” Steve was suspicious.
“If I agree to a rapid reform treatment, I would be
allowed to reform AIM as a branch of the new SHIELD,” the woman smiled, “I
agreed and now I am Scientist Supreme in service of Shield.”
Steve noticed things as she looked straight at him, the
crows feet wrinkles at her eyes and mouth were gone, she was slimmer, her
figure went back to images from before her pregnancy…
“I spent a year on Themascyra’s reform island being
brainwashed to be a good girl,” Rappaccini said, “Like Doctor Quinzel, I have been
reformed. Incidentally it also took a
number of years off me and the others. I
am a pseudo amazon in effect.”
“Show him the cuff,” Jan said.
Monica pulled off the heavy rubber glove and pulled back
the sleeve of the catsuit, showing off a silver arm brace like the one Wonder
Woman wore, but this one had a jewel in it.
“Each time I have an impulse to do something bad, it
removes it. I am only allowed to use
violence in self-defense,” Monica smiled, “Not to mention I am completely
dedicated to protecting and restoring humanity.”
The jewel flashed red for a half second and then went
back to blue.
“What was that?” Steve asked.
“I wanted non-consensual sex,” Monica admitted flatly, “the
cuffs also keep me from lying.”
“Who else has been ‘reformed’, any more heart attacks
waiting for me?” Steve turned to Jan.
“A number of villainesses have elected to reform,” Jan
started very diplomatically, “Some refused and there were incidents… a few got
away but the rest ended up being…”
“Being?” Steve asked.
“Executed,” Monica finished the thought, “The resources
to run the prisons were needed in maintaining order. And yes, I am still a sociopath, but I being
held with in Ethic guidelines set for me by Shield.”
Monica looked Steve in the eye and smiled. Steve recognized that look, he had seen it on
many of young lady during the war, it was lust.
He also noted the stone on the arm piece pulsing pink.
“What are you thinking Doctor?” Spiral asked.
“I am thinking about how easy it would be for Captain
Rogers to tear off my suit,” Monica calmly intoned, “Toss me on the bed, and
fuck me until I am pregnant with triplets.”
“Yeah,” Jan sighed, “Steve, pretty much everyone around
here is a baby chaser… Queen Diana and Maria Hill made sure we all underwent ‘treatment’
before being assigned to the Eugenics program.”
