Victoria Hand examined the empty Acura MDX that was emitting the distress signal.

"Coulson, which members of your team are unaccounted for?"

"All of them right now."

"Is there any communication with your mobile HQ yet?"

"No, we still can't get through to the main com system.  There was however a distress call to The Hub and another to Agent Romanoff just a few minutes ago."

"Coulson, maybe you and I should go back to the plane and see who made the calls. It would be a shame if anyone walked into a trap."

Agent May asked, "Where am I supposed to be during all of this?"

Coulson answered, "You should recon the lab."

Coulson and Hand left for the plane and Melinda May walked into the front door of the Kilgrave lab.

May was careful to stay hidden as she looked for any sign of her missing teammates. She found an unmarked, locked door in the back of a supply closet. After picking the lock, May uncovered a stairwell leading down. She pulled out her service pistol and crept down the stairs.

At the bottom of the stairs was a long, white hallway. Lining both walls were large windows and steel doors. May looked through the first window and saw an room that was empty aside from a hospital bed. Clearly these were holding cells of some variety. She continued down the hallway, checking in each room for her missing teammates.

In the very last door on the right side of the hallway she saw Leo Fitz unconscious on the bed. May opened the door and rushed to the lab tech.

"Fitz, can you hear me?"

Fitz rolled over and sprayed something in May's face. She instantly felt herself losing consciousness, she turned around and saw a tall man in a purple suit smiling at her, then everything went black.
