The Doctor  now Batgirl has been masquerading as her for almost a year now and has gotten used  to his/her's new life  and has  gotten used to the female parts and has taken an interest toward Black Canary  and he became  curious how doing it with a man would be like which eventually Pyscho made a plan for them to switch . Even taking precautions as making a necklace to destabilize her screaming powers. And even made a memory wiper would think she's Batgirl. After all was set and done The Docter using Batgirls identity lured the unsuspecting canary into the machine .and started the process. Everything went according to plan and now psycho had more access the higher ranki8ng members of the justice league embraced being Canary and did it with  the doc said time to get to  some other test subjects
