Ivy realize she could do all of them, one sitting. All she needed to do was speak or write it down. Deciding on the latter, she got out a smartpad (to save the murder of plants) so she could write out her desires. She worked on herself first, then expanded outward.

Pamela has three Earth like planets which are all hers on the other side of orbit from the planets Venus, Earth and Mars. They are perfectly Earth like in all ways, without effecting the solar system. The planets contain all of the current and extinct plant life, along with animal life to support it. Plus fortress palaces built using nature itself, as well as nature based defenses. The palaces have labartories where Pamela can conduct her experiments, as well as technology to terraform any planetary body in the solar system. Everyone accepts the planets are Pamela's to do with as she wishes, and will not interfere without Pamela's permission."
After writing this, she could feel herself change, feeling more powerful as her body changed to become taller as well as stronger even as her body became more beautiful. Her reflection in her mirror was more perfect then Wonder Woman, the most attractive woman in the world. While her breasts were now larger then even Powergirl, without any stress on Ivy. She also had information and devices in front of her, including the deeds and details on her three counter-earths.
With turning herself into a goddess with her own kingdom, she had a few other ideas how to move next.
