When it comes to ultimate power, even the most worthy people could be the wrong hands from time to time, which is why the list of people who should not have the power is so large. With two major groups of people who having just one Infinity Stone would be dangerous and likely a bad idea. The first being those with blacken souls with devilish ideas and plans. The second would be the mad, those with lack of self-control or sense of reality.

 The Joker was a mix of those two, which would make him the worse person to have one. His former flame Harley Quinn, was only the second and better choice... just slightly.

 Becoming a super on Coney Island after a more permanent break up with the Joker, she had join a roller derby team, and became a psychiatrist again. She also became an anti-hero who valued life (animal and human) while trying to make her neighbourhood better. With violence, theft and other mayhem. She maybe be a good girl... but one which does bad things and is stark raving nuts. So still not the best person to hold them.

 Which is why chaos was going to occur when one of the gems appeared before her and fell into her hand. The Space Gem might not be bad. Or the Power Gem. But giving her the Time or Soul Gems, bad. The worse to give a mad shrink would be either the Mind or Reality gems. The colour of them gems would tell the tale of how much damage she would cause. The colour being...
