She had her own personal fairy godmother, of sorts. With a twist. But what a twist! The change to Wanda was slight after she cast the spell upon herself. She was already far gone, so far gone, that there wasn't much farther to go. All of those worries
were finally gone from her mind. She just had to listen to Harley. The physical changes from the last spell were rather slight. One eye had become red and one had become black. More than that she was simpering in wanton poses that were still somehow both graceful
and frumpy. It was an impossible combination but she was an impossible magic creature.
"Lookin' good, toots," Harley slapped her on her partially revealed rear end and honked one of her breasts. Why? Because she could. Wanda tittered in response, not complaining. She knew who she belonged to now. "Howabout you take us home now?"
"But of course, my joyful jester!" Wanda took a deep breath and waved her wand, bouncing up and down and letting everything fly. "There's no place like Home! There's no place like Home! There's no place like Home!"
They reappeared in the midst of Harley's shared lair, just like that, and with a glaring Catwoman bouncing up and storming towards them. "What the hell have you brought home this time, you idiot clown? Some stripper from the Mad Hatter's bachelor party?
You know what sort of heat we're under with the authorities."
"Heat, huh?" Harley grinned and tapped her chin before leaned in and whispering to Wanda. They both shared a giggle before Harley leaned back out. "Why dontcha introduce yourself, toots?"
"But of course," Wanda took a bow that showed all sorts of things off. "My name is Willing Wanda, your new best friend, and I have a rhyme for you!" She tapped her wand in the air.

Catwoman froze instantly as the spell began and the wand took over her mind. She had to look. She had to listen. She had to obey. When the electricity from the spell hit she was already making a vacant little o with her mouth.
Wanda just grinned with false primness. "Awaken, Housecat."
The spell changed her completely. She became covered in a thin line of grey fur and her breasts increased. Her face became more feline and she dropped to all fours now in a very skimpy costume. There was a red and black collar around her neck with a leash.
She stepped over towards Harley and rubbed against her, static electricity flowing from one to the other sending the most irresistible sexual thoughts through Harley's mind. "Woah!" The clown shouted.
"Mrowww." Selina purred as she rubbed herself against her new owner. "Pet me." The purr was rather irresistible and Harley just wanted to put her hands all over her.
She coughed and clapped. "Quick, Wanda, cast a spell to make me immune from our new buddies powers. I just got an idea. A big idea. Forget making a few new friends. I want an army of superbimbos. I think with you by my side we can take over the whole wide
world!"
