A day had passed since the botched trap attempt at the docks, Susan and Johnny Storm had taken to their transformation back to human form as one would expect. The Invisible Woman was tending to her quadruplets in sombre peace while the Human Torch had spent
the last few hours vomiting in his quarters. Now sitting together at opposite sides at a large table with the rest of the heroes involved, Nick Fury and Doctor Strange had caught them up to speed with what had transpired. She Hulk continued to hold her twins
lovingly in her arms as Mr. and Mrs. Spiderman dotted over their triplets.
"So as you can see this was all my fault, I had intended to remove the curse that had afflicted Paul Cartier but instead splintered it off into you all instead." Lowering his head in shame and guilt Doctor Strange looked to the group of heroes and rogues
glaring at him. "So... What do we-" "Do now? There's still two-" "More out there." Chimed Jean Gray and Emma Frost together, the two telepaths almost shoulder to shoulder as they sat with the others. The Punisher, Blade and Ghost Rider glared at the magician
with red in their eyes, a flicker of flame sprouting from the hell born being as he raised a bony finger at the man. "You can sense them, their essence you can see through the ether as I can sense their sin."
"Quite right, I no longer want to leave room for mistakes, I intend to capture Reed once he's located and then look for Ben Grimm once we find the location of the Hydra base he was taken to."
"Then that means we're working together on this." Looking to each other with a knowing nod the heroes stood up and started moving out the door. "Wait! Where are you all going?"
"Doc you caused enough trouble as it is, WE are gonna handle this! You just sit here and wait for us to bring our friends back to get fixed." Stepping out of the room and down the corridor to the exit the group of heroes planned their way to their next move."Spidey?
You and your girl go with Suzy, Johnny and Jen and go find Reed." Called out Wolverine as the five left to put their children in protective care on the ship. "The rest of ya are coming with me to find Ben, wherever he is we can find him better than SHIELD
ever could."
Watching from an observation tower Nick Fury and Doctor Strange watched as the group of heroes split up and left the heli-carrier. "God speed you guys... And I am so sorry for all this."

Blinking back into awareness Wendigo Thing growled as he looked up to find himself bound to a stone wall in a large chamber, all around him glowing runes etched into the walls and floors flickered as a haggard old crone muttered incantations in front of
him. But behind the old hag stood a beautiful dark haired woman, wearing green leather and surrounded by hundreds of men behind her, the symbol of the hydra etched into their uniforms. "Grrrrr Wendigo... Why me here?!"
"Ah so the monster is awake is he? Good this should be amusing."
Stepping towards the orange haired monster as he pulled at his shackles Viper smiled looking up at his attempts to escape. "Power is always wasted on the simple minded, I shall use your affliction as a weapon against the enemies of Hydra, your strengths
shall be ours!"
"HAIL HYDRA!" The chorus of soldiers behind her saluted as she stepped to the old witch. "Are you almost finished? I am growing impatient."
Lady Viper the curse is ancient and powerful, one cannot twist it under their thumb and command it no more than one can command a mountain to bow, you must be patient and your demands will be met." Sneering at the old witch Viper looked to the thrashing
monster and back at her. "I want results witch! Else maybe I should feed you to that creature!"
Nodding her head the old hag continued her incantations, eldritch magic swirled around Ben Grimm's body draining him of his strength as his body changed back to its orange stony self, all while a sphere of blue energy pulled out of his body and floated before
the old witch and her outstretched hands.
