The situation in New York had deteriorated quickly, The sightings of giant pink spheres attacking people around the city, had thoroughly ruined Kara's afternoon. The largest mass of them were focused on Central Park and the attack made no sense, witness accounts said that once the spheres attack someone they poped like bubbles and were impervious to conventional attacks.

The door to her cell opened and four women entered. One was Harley Quinn, but her hair and costume were different. Two others wore identical grey and black costumes, while the thirds stood a foot taller than the others, and had a more muscular frame with a spiked collar and an officers cap.
"Once I get out of this you are so dead" Poer Girl barked as she tried to break free of her bondage.
"Not likely. You're in my world now and here we have some specific rules." HR said. "No superpower for unfit residents, no one leaves until until they are declared a fit resident and no unsupervised activities between residents.
PowerGirl struggled to her feet and attempted to tackle her capture. But was swiftly backhanded by the officer. "People will come for me and all the others you captured. she spat out.
"Ow! I forgot to mention. Bubble world is in a different time zone, in here a year can pass while in the real world. It's only 10 minutes. As for the other who do you think these chicks are?" HR said jestering to the trio behind her. "You girl's go finish the hold outs and give the new graduates their assignments. We aren't going to build an army siting around are we."
"Yes. Mistress Harley!" The trio barked as they left the room.
