Vicki Vale was a reporter in Gotham, which was all kinds of dangers of it's own. The current story she was working on was the fact several villains had gone missing, which was when she had received a lead. One involved a package being sent to her which a source on the phone had told her, would explain everything.
So that was how she was opening box which had been mailed to her. Inside was a latex version of one of Poison Ivy's left costume. Looking it over, she finally decided to put it one to see if she could learn more. It was a green corset leotard of latex, which only came up high enough to cup her breasts. Fishnet latex stockings of green, a slightly lighter colour. Green boots and gloves the same shade as her leotard, the former with high heels coming up to just below the knee and the latter went up to mid-bicep.
Vicki looked at herself in the mirror, seeing how the costume fluttered her body. Even making her breasts look bigger. Which helped her with interviews on her beat for the Environmental Section of the local underground paper. On how companies would screw over the environment, destroying the trees. Save for Wayne Enterprises when Bruce dominating his employees, punishing those who went against him and punished Mother Nature. Victoria Vines couldn't help but loved him for it.
'Even if I also love Batman when I tease him as Poison Ivy, making sure the Green is protected. No matter the cost.' thought the new supervillain as she wondered what scheme she could do next.
Getting a ring on the phone, she noticed crime stories on how Karley Quinn was stealing romantic items. Vicki thought to herself, 'Looks like Karls is wanting to get lucky, which means either Batman or me. Wonder how long till I should expect her?'
