There are many Lantern Corps. each fueled by a different emotion. But no one knew their has been another Corps as well. The Pink Lanterns. While the Pink Lanterns could use their rings to create constructs, like other lantern corps could, they had another, unique power to them. They could turn people into their sex-crazed slaves. With each person enslaved to a Pink Lantern, the more powerful they became. Over time, the pink lanterns had claimed a whole planet's populace. Hoping to help other world find the wonders and enjoyment of sex, they created two more rings, and sent them into space to eventually land on a planet and be found by someone to wear them. For centuries, the two pink rings, drifted through space, until they arrived on Earth. The two rings, landed on Earth. Both full of immense power. And as soon as someone put them on, the Pink Lanterns would have 2 new members, and these new lanterns would turn the people of the world into sex-hungry slaves, and liberate their world from the shackles of morality.
