Tina watched her new hookers strut off. "I'm going to hang back a bit over those cars and watch." She told Jorge. "I wanna see how well these new bitches can work it."
While Tina watched, someone else was watching to. Above the street, Supergirl was circling and observing. She overflew Glory Drive a couple of times during the day, and tonight she noticed a increase in traffic, both on foot and in cars. She also noticed a rather pronounced lack of police presence, or rather, a lack of interest. She had seen several police simply walk past obvious pandering, and she had seen one cop take a girl back to a cheap hotel.
"Something definitely strange going on here." Supergirl thought to herself. "These hookers are acting like they own the street and aren't even hiding what they are doing. Maybe I should have a closer look?"
Supergirl saw a woman who appeared to be a hooker standing off to the side in front of a hotel. Unlike the others, she was not openly pandering. She appeared to be watching instead. "Hmmm, maybe she knows something. She certainly is not acting like every other woman down there." Supergirl quietly flew down to an alley and moved up to the edge near where the woman was standing.
"Psst! Hey, you there." The woman turned around and Supergirl saw her eyes widen. She appeared ready to run so Supergirl quickly shook her head and waved her closer. "I just want to talk, no trouble I promise."
Tina, who had been ready to run, stood in place, her mind racing. "CRAP! Supergirl! Shit, will the lasso work on her? I heard only some stuff called kryptonite worked on her! Okay, Tina its okay, you tricked that bitch Wonder Woman, you can get this little perky bimbo turned to." Tina looked around, acting like she was checking to make sure she wasn't being watched and quickly walked over to Super girl. Walking past her, Tina said quietly "Go behind the hotel to room 202, meet me there, I can't be seen with you, wait about 10 minutes and then come up".
Tina quickly ran up to the room, looking behind her she made sure Supergirl was back in the alley. Tina pulled out her cellohone and called Jack. "Jack, put Dina on NOW!"
"What's up boss? Thanks for that load of customers, I have turned 20 tricks since I left and I practically have a line out my door."
"That's great, but quickly tell me if you lasso will work on SUpergirl." Tina said.
"Supergirl? Yeah, it'll work on that blonde bitch, but it won't keep long. Maybe a couple of hours, not more than three. Of course, repeated uses will wear her down. You what would work though? If you mixed the rope with some of that synthetic kryptonite. You know the stuff that turned Superman bad a while back? It will flip her personality around, and it will also weaken her will. Instead of being so upright, she will be much more "open" to new, fun ideas. Live for the moment, live for her pleasure, that kind of thing. After Superman got hit by the stuff, he had Batman and me do some tests on it and I know all kinds of ways to give it to him and her that would keep her flipped permanently."
"No kidding?" Tina was thinking hard now. "This has potential. Do you have any of this stuff left?"
Dina giggled. "Actually I do, about a kilo of it locked away in a hidden location. More than enough to do the job and I have the details to make more. A good chemist can mix us up batches whenever."
Tina was smiling now. "Put Jack on. Jack, get Dina to take you to where the kryptonite is and get it. Then ask her how best to give it to someone like we just talked about. Get it set up, and then bring Dina and the stuff to Room 202. I'll be waiting there with a new recruit, got it?"
"Done deal boss." Jack hung up.
A few minutes later there was a soft knock on the door. Tina went and opened it. "Come in quickly so you are not seen."
Supergirl walked in and looked around. "I am hoping you can explain what is going on here. I used my X-Ray vision and I am seeing that Vice has a sting set up but they just filming johns and not stopping it!"
"Those hookers used to be cops supergirl, they got changed. There is a new pimp on Glory Drive who has taken over and is making everyone slaves, including the cops and Wonder Woman! I found this in the garbage!" Tina said as she pulled out the lasso.
Supergirl's eyes widened. "Good heavens! That is Wonder Woman's lasso! Where is she?"
Tina held back a smile. "Look out the window towards 5th street corner. She might be back from her last trick."
Supergirl turned to look, and Tina looped the lasso over Supergirl.
"Don't move, don't struggle, don't make a sound. You will stand completely still and listen. Understand?"
Supergirl meekly replied "Yes, I understand."
Tina laughed evilly. "Superbitch, once Dina gets her we are going to do a makeover on you. And with your help, maybe even your boy Superman too. I have been thinking I need an old man to help me with my operation and he just might do."
