Radu Tepes was a very distant relation to the mythical vampire. A fellow Walachian nobleman who also sought out eternal youth. Instead of Vlad however the man had taken a different route to immortality. His immortality was pure in the sense that it required
nothing evil to sustain it. He was permanently in his prime and all it took was the protection and rebuilding of the shrines of an old pagan goddess in his home country. No sacrifices but goats and vegetables and immortality was gained.
Not to mention a patron goddess.
Over the centuries Radu had indulged in what he loved most, knowledge and the pursuit of wealth. He had accumulated a great deal of it in his centuries of existence. Yet with all his wealth and knowledge he felt lonely, nobody to share his existence with.
There had been women in his life of course, but none had been able to inspire him make him feel loved. He had also never sired any children with the women he had been with. His patron had often prophetically spoken that his wives would show themselves in due
time.
He should have never doubted his goddess.
Now he knew who his brides to be were. The present age of heroes had birthed a great selection of powerful and stunning women. For centuries Radu had been a shadow, not overtly interfering with the world and keeping his privacy. Now he had a mission. His
patron goddess had informed him that it was his destiny to make several of these women completely his. The only question was which ones and how would he make this a reality?
