Flynn stepped out of the back room, leaving the dazed Cari behind, fucked into a stupor and her bare ass still pointing to the ceiling. He straightend his tie as he strode down to the operations center. "I want Alpha Team waiting in the Hot Room for briefing. Get them dossiers on the two mutants they'll be going after. MOVE!"
Damn eggheads were so worried about mindfucking the women that they'd let those two mutants sit there for hours in the wilderness...if they didn't move on them quickly God only knows who else they'd contact...
He strode in the room and smirked as the 8 uniformed men came to attention. "At ease. Your mission today will be to go after 2 more mutants that crashed in the X-Men's Blackbird earlier today. Capture the female, the male is expendible if necessary."
One of the agents asked, "Sir, what will our power loadout be for this mission?"
Cold as ice, Flynn walked up to the agent who loomed 6" over him. He drew the man's stunner. "Is this your gun, Alpha-4?"
"Yessir."
With a smooth practiced motion, Flynn shot him point blank with it. The large man dropped like a poleaxed steer. As Alpha-4 lay there groaning, the security head kicked him in the balls for good measure. "Not any more," he declared. "Damn Green Berets think they know everything...."
"If you'd read the dossiers you'd know that the female you'll be apprehending is a *power absorber*. That means any meta ability we'd give you would have the potential of being turned against you. That means equipment ONLY. Are we clear?"
"YES SIR!", the others shouted in unison.
"You'll be wearing full bodysuits, hoods with optics and gas filters, and gloves. No skin showing. Wear Humanity's Last Stand insignia. 1,2 and 3; you'll be using kinetic absorbtion units and take the woman in hand to hand. 5 & 7, you'll take the one call Gambit using energy dampers. 8, you'll be overwatch using gas grenades. Any questions?"
No one spoke.
"Dismissed. Take this piece of trash out, have him mindwiped, and given over to Resources for repurposing. You leave in 5, I'll be monitoring from C&C."
With that, Flynn headed out of the room.
