Harley was back to Arkham and began converting the asylum's staff and personnel. Batman had still to drop off the first escaped inmate by the time she had transformed everyone into sex-craving slaves. Driven by their lust, many people working and living in the asylum had started a massive orgy, further fueling Harley's power of conversion.

After a few hours indulging in her desires, she finally heard the familiar roar of the Batmobile. She ordered a few doctors and security guards to get out there and humor Batman. Harley decided it would be better to wait for the Dark Knight to have returned all the inmates back to Arkham before converting him too.
