The Prankster got his machine ready as he prepared for his prank. Getting a machine which could hit every interesting male character in the universe... was hard enough. So was traveling to another universe for the special water.

 "The Springs of Sorrow, Jusenkyo, are a set of springs which curses anyone submerged or even hit by enough of their waters. The person hit is given a curse based on the template of the spring... like the Nyannichuan, Spring of the Drowned Girl. Drown meaning anything from real drowning to just being submerged in water long enough for the template to take.

 Then the curse takes effect, with the Nyannichuan turning the person into a female version of themselves which is usually a sexy girl as well. The curse can be reversed. Hot water returns one to male form... till they are hit by cold water where they become female once again till hit by hot water.

 This water will, now thanks to my machine, hit each one of the interesting figure in the universe, good or evil, mortal or immortal, and so on...

 Once I shoot it... Now!"

 All throughout the universe, the heroes and villains as well as the males connected to their world, no matter the location was hit by enough cursed water to give them the curse of the drowned girl!
